Isn’t it amazing that God loves us each and sees each one of us as beautiful.  I have met so many different people on this trip, people from every culture and economic background, different ages, skin colour and size.  God sees each one as his child and his prized possession.  We are so loved by God and he only wants the best for each one of us.
I don’t know why I was born into a middle class family in Canada instead of a poor family in Africa.  We are called to help those in need.  I read somewhere recently that the reason we have been so blessed in Northern America is so that we can spread the wealth to people that don’t have as much as we do.  If each one of us decided what we actually needed to live on and donated the abundance of that to support those in need there wouldn’t be a starving child anywhere in the world.  This is not a guilt trip just a wake up call to realize how blessed you are in your own life.   But don’t hold all the blessing’s for yourself.  We are called to bless others and support those in need.
I am so blessed by each one of you, just for your support in reading my blog.  God has blessed me with a caring family and within the last month he has blessed me with a new nephew, Wilford Scott born to my brother Fred and his wife Hannah and also a new niece, Kenya Sarah Rose born to my brother Nelles and his wife Mandy.  I can’t wait to meet these new little ones but for now I will love on the children in Kenya and know that God has me here for this purpose.
