Hey friends and family! I’ve arrived in Hong Kong and will be headed
out to an undisclosed location for the next month. I’ve found out
since getting here that I will have no internet or phone call access
for the next month. I’m going to miss the communication, but
I’m planning on journaling a lot then posting like crazy when I get
back to Hong Kong. My blog will occasionally be updated by someone in
the US who I have contact with, so don’t tune out =)! I’ll be back in
communication around November 10th and home on November 19th.
I’m super excited about the ministry we are doing this month. I will
be headed up into ASIA and starting off the first two weeks with a
cultural exchange program. I get to go back to school!!! For some
reason that really excites me. After that my team will be heading to a
more touristy city for an open ended ministry time. I’m really looking
forward to seeing what God is doing here and joining in with that work.
Your prayers for me are essential especially as I enter a closed
country this next month. Pray for safety, security, great friendships
with locals, people to come to know Christ, and solid ministry
connections. Thanks for taking part in this journey with me through
