Today I realized that my words affect people-that what I have to say actually matters, and sometimes people need to hear some good news. So. You! YOU are more wonderful than you give yourself credit for. Not because of what you do or what you have done, but because you were thought of, dreamed up in God’s heart, made on purpose, for a purpose. We are not built for perfection. God made ALL OF US unique, in HIS IMAGE! We are made beautiful through Him! We have a Father who loves us despite and through our weaknesses and shortfalls. All of us are going through something—Whether that something is school, losing a job, raising money for a mission trip, or feeling insecure, He is there. And He loves us through it. We are His, and He is ours. YOU are lovely, even with what you think are flaws. He tells you “You my child, are enough, just the way you are.” Please remember this when you do not feel loved, when you do not feel like you are enough, when you feel overwhelmed with life. “The mountains may disappear, and the hills may become dust, but my faithful love will never leave you. I will make peace with you, and it will never end.” The Lord who loves you said this.- Isaiah 54:10
