There is no such thing as being a “little bit lost or “a little bit found when it comes to the spiritual relationship with God you are either lost or found, there is no in-between.

Lost

God knows us; he knows where we are and what we are doing every moment of everyday of our lives. To be lost means to be separated from God and to wander through life apart from any awareness of God’s presence and without recognizing a relationship with God. So many people in the world today have “lost God because their life is too busy. They are self-centered or preoccupied with other things that make them forget God. We have totally lost the identity God has desired for us.
The good news is that Jesus was sent to bring lost people back to God. Jesus reached out in compassion, forgiveness and love to the lost. The good news is, the “lost came close to Jesus because deep within, the lost had a desire to be “found.

Found

God’s only desire is for us to be found. He does not play favorites and he is not willing to save some sheep and lose others, or to find some lost coins and write others off. No, God wants to love all and he wants us all to turn to Him and receive the forgiveness He offers. For God gave his only Son Jesus Christ life so he could walk among us and show us his ways. Then he died on the cross so we may be forgiven for our sins. God’s love is forever. It says in Luke 15:10, “Likewise, I say to you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.

While being on this trip I have been finding God more and more. I came to realize that starting on the race, I was still a little lost. I talked to God and prayed, but it wasn’t until the end of the second month that I truly “found God.  What I mean is that I finally took the time to really listen what he has in store for me, and what I can do more to get closer to him.

I once was “lost, but now I’m, “found and it was all because of God.
