I am not one for the perfect words.
I’ve struggled with trying to rack my brain to write something cool, witty or pulls the heart strings. Especially for my first blog! I want people to know how excited, nervous, stoked, ready, scared and all other emotions in going through the preparation for World Race, and yet words fail me. God has chosen me, led me to this place where I’m able to share His love for people in different countries, and yet words fail me in my first blog.
Then I look up at what I somehow correctly named this blog, ‘Humans Fail. God Wins’ And I’m reminded that I’m not in this alone. God didn’t bring me to this place in my life to leave me high and dry. God isn’t trying to make me the next big blogster, or even a published writer. He wants me to share 100% who I am and where I’m going, and most importantly, how God wins. In everything. God wins.
So I’ll leave you with one of my go-to songs. I challenge you to truly listen to the lyrics, not just press play and move on. And maybe you will get a sense of what I think about the One who matters the most. Because when words fail me, God provides words.
