This month, my team was placed in San Juan, Honduras. We partnered with a local pastor and his wonderful family to work in their church around the community. One of our main projects was to help them build a new church building. We got started on the construction and raised almost all of the funds needed to complete the building. We also spoke on radio shows, in churches, and did many house visits. It was a more relaxing month because I was with only my team of six. We were able to grow as a team and to get very close to the pastors family. It is very hard to say goodbye, they have been such a blessing to all of us. This week we are heading to the capitol city, Tegucigalpa for a 3 day debrief with the rest of the squad. And then…we are off to Thailand!
