Every blog I've read from other world racers says to forget all of our expectations about the race, but there are a few that I can't forget.
I expect and know that God will show up and reveal His love and power in ways I've never dreamed of.
I expect my trip to be:
Exciting
Scary
Fun
Growing
Eye-Opening
Faith Building
Dirty
Hot
Cold
Loving
Itchy
Life Changing
An Adventure
and most of all
World Changing (even if it's my world that changes the most)
I know this post doesn't go too in depth about what my expectations are. But if there is one thing I have learned about God is that you can always expect Him to make the impossible, possible. And that any expectations you have will make you realize that you weren't having enough faith in His awesome power and love for you.
