India………..ah
yes. It’s the best and the worst all at the same time. It’s hard to explain
unless you have been here. Not quite like anywhere else in the world I have
been…..
Our time here so far has been a mix of ministry and
discipleship/ministry. Usually in the morning we spend a good amount of time in
the word and then do some sort of out reach with our contact Brian in the
afternoon evening. There has been a group of kids that have stolen our hearts.
They live in the dirt and the trash outside of a factory. Their clothes are
falling off of them, Their teeth are stained and dirty. There smiles are
beautiful…… I don’t think that love is shown to these kids very often
especially from men. When we first started visiting them, they were very scared
and skeptical of us. But through love and time, they have let down all walls to
us. I have seen this phenomena in so many places, but it still amazes me….. God
you are freakin awesome…….
Anyway. Tomorrow it’s time to hit the road jack. Intended
destination is Nainital. What’s there? We don’t really know…… That’s why we are
going there. But we have been told that’s it’s a nice place. A place to spend
time with God…….
