The world Race.
About two years ago I had no clue what this was and actually confused it with the amazing race, which is a Television show. But when I found out that the World Race is not a television show, but rather a year long mission trip, my attention was immediately grabbed.
11 different countries in 11 months. The world race is a call of abandonment to yourself and your comfort for one year. Though, my hope is that not only do I commit to a year of abandoning myself and my comfort zone, but that I, from this point forward, continue to live a lifestyle of abandonment to myself and my comfort.
There are many different routes to choose from, and unfortunately I was not old enough to go on the one that I so desire to go to, but God is good and I am willing to serve wherever I am, especially if I am able to return to one of the countries that holds a piece of my heart. In this Route I will have the privilege and opportunity to serve in Bosnia/Serbia, Albania, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama.
These nations need the hope and healing that comes from the Gospel. The people of Albania need to know the freedom and hope of a relationship with Jesus Christ. The people of Malawi need hope when one in ten adults live with HIV/Aids. Adventures in missions ministry partners in Botswana envision a Church rising up and taking the Gospel throughout the entire nation, sending missionaries to the least evangelized villages in their areas, and I want to be a part of it.
I want to go and share the love of Jesus in Malaysia. I want to share the freedom of Christ with the broken in Thailand. The people of Cambodia are hungry for hope and healing, and I desire to share this life-changing truth with them. The people of Costa Rica need to remember the unchanging love of Jesus—and that it is still real and relevant to their lives. And in Panama I want to live my faith in this land of possibility and potential.
If you are interested in knowing more about the needs of these nations, here is a link that gives a brief description of them.

Once again, I want to thank you all for reading this, and if you would love to partner together with me in order to bring the message and the hope of the Gospel, please consider donating, but most importantly continue to pray for both my team and I. We truly want to be ready and prepared to bring the message and Hope of the Gospel.
Thank you, and God bless.
