Dear Family and Friends,
I want to let you know about some new and exciting things going on in my life. The past few years I have been pursuing a Biblical Studies degree from Dallas Baptist University, while also working towards attending nursing school after graduation. However, as I was considering my next step after graduation, I felt God had different plans and desires for this next year of my life. Mark 16:15 was placed heavily upon my heart and I could not escape God’s calling to, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation”. As he began to show me this vision for my future I was reminded of the ways in which he has been constantly burdening my heart for the orphans, slaves, and ultimately the lost who have not experienced or heard of the hope of Jesus Christ. I am accepting this call to global missions for this next year and trading my plans, anxieties and fears for His perfect plans!
This next year (July 2013- June 2014), I will be serving as a missionary with Adventures in Missions (AIM) in their “World Race” program. The World Race is an 11-month mission trip to 11 different countries around the world. During the World Race, my team and I will serve in partnership with churches and ministries in local communities to preach the Gospel, plant churches, work in orphanages, minister to women and children who are trapped in prostitution, and bring the restoration and hope of the Father’s love to many tribes and nations.
I am so thankful for this opportunity that God has given me, and I am fully confident that He will provide for my needs! I am writing to ask if you would consider partnering prayerfully and financially with me in my ministry. First, I ask that you would pray for me this year. Pray that God would move in me and through me to truly make an impact. Secondly, I need financial supporters. It will cost $15,000 in order to go on the World Race, which will cover all of my expenses on the field. I would reach this goal if just 50 people pledged $25 month for the next 12 months. This financial support can be given as a one-time gift or as monthly contributions from now until June of 2014.

I am so excited to see God’s kingdom around the world, and how He will move in my life and in the lives of others in the coming year.
