The past three days Kim and I had the opportunity to travel north to Buriram to visit our friend Prang and her family.
Prang is one of the first girls to live at the Well and return to her village.
During our short visit, we were able to see the work that she is doing there in her community.
She visits the schools almost everyday, opens her home up to the community kids for English and Bible lessons, and is working to set up a silk purse-making business out of her home to help generate income for all of these projects.
It’s is Prang and Michaela’s (her assistant) hope to reach out to some of these children (especially the girls) before they choose/are forced to go to Bangkok to work with the sex industry.

We had the chance one night to encourage Prang and her family – we basically said how amazing it was to see how the Lord had worked in her life.
And from there, how she had impacted so many other lives as well.
We were sitting in her living room doing a little bit of worship when it really hit me how far reaching Prang’s impact could be.
She was sitting around with about eight of her family members, all of whom have learned about Jesus through Prang.
And if each of those, many of whom were just children, goes and reaches a handful of others, who knows the impact that could be made in that village and beyond!
Overall, it was just good to see a picture of someone who came out of the red light districts and who is really thriving.
Definitely a picture of
hope – for all of the girls at the Well, and even for those still out on the streets.
Prang’s family. Her son and daughter set up a slip n’ slide on their front porch. So fun. On our last night together we got to go to the city. This was the kid’s 1st
ever trip into the city & their 2nd
ever trip to KFC!
Prang’s mother working with the silk.
The Thai countryside is SO beautiful! This is the view out of Prang’s backdoor.

Some of the kids in the Buriram schools!
Hope you enjoy some of the pictures from the trip … Please pray for Prang & Michaela as they continue their work in Buriram!
Love you guys!
