Well … the bags are (SEMI) packed, and for the most part I am ready to head out.
Or at least as ready as you can be for this type of thing I guess.

I thought you might enjoy a visual of what this next year is going to look like for me.
I pretty much have WAY too much stuff in this pack – I have found that “one of everything plus an extra” is not the best of ideas for packing for a trip such as this.
Oops??
We’ll probably find out rather quickly if I come to regret my motto.
In
FOUR days I will be flying out of Oklahoma City in route to Harlingen, Texas and then Matamoros, Mexico.
We will have several days of training there at one of AIM’s bases and then another week more of training in Palenque, Mexico.
And then from there … I assume the
adventure begins!
I just want to thank everyone for keeping up with me thus far.
I will update this blog as often and as soon as I have the chance.
I look forward to keeping in contact with many of you over these next few months.
I don’t know what I would do without the love, support, prayers and encouragement ya’ll give! So keep it coming!
