Yay! So there are now only 35 days until I leave for The World Race! These past months have flown by! I hope everyone had a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving day. Mine was filled with love, tons of food and football! Go Cowboys!!! 😉
Did anyone muster up the courage to go out on Black Friday? My cousin and I attempted to go at 4 but fell back asleep and went out around 8am thinking the craziness would be gone but it was still out there!
My brother and sister in law came to visit this past week and it was so much fun just getting to see them and them being here. I love my family!
Since training camp, God has been doing some mighty things in my life. It’s a lot to spill about here but you puruse through the other blogs for more details about the change I am going through and just how much more I desire to be Christ like.
I’ve been busy with random things like trying to get my loans deferred, attempting to get my shots, insurance, trying to get the rest of my gear still.. I have to remember one thing at a time and that GOD WILL ALWAYS PROVIDE!!
So good news friends, I am at $6,000 yay!! I am so blessed and so encouraged by everyone’s love and support and now I am desperate.
I am desperately asking you to donate toward the Race! I need to have $8,600 before I leave…. $16,000 total. There are 318 of you in my facebook group that support me. Support can be made in one time, monthly or quarterly donations. $5 a month for 11 months is $55. If all 318 donated $5 each month.. In total that would be $17,490. So yes I am asking you to please consider giving up 1 happy meal, 1 drink or 1 starbucks coffee each month and help me become the hands and feet of our beautiful and amazing Jesus, so I can minister and reach out to our broken hearted brothers and sisters that are sick, that are orphaned , that are infected with HIV/AIDS, that are imprisoned and that are victims of human trafficking.
$5 may or may not be a lot to you but I know that is half of my daily allotment each day next year. Please please consider supporting me through this Race.
Lastly, I ask that no matter what you pray for me and my family. Pray that we all stay strong through this and that our faith continue to grow like wildfire! Pray that God keeps on molding me to woman I am supposed to be and that my heart may break for what breaks his. Without prayer, nothing will happen.
I love you all so much. Thanks for believing in me and supporting me. Youre the best!
In him,
Michelle
