5.21.11 Day 251
Hello!!
Our last two days here are our ministry were quite busy. The day before we were to leave we went back to the school one last time to hang our with our favorite secondary students. My class is an 8th grade class. We played pictionary on the white board the entire time. They loved that game! I had to come up with the pictures for them to draw, which was interesting to say the least. Then I let them give me pictures to draw. That was even more interesting! They came up with things like: Tom and Jerry, Ben 10, Michael Jackson dancing in the Dangerous video, Korean flag, map of America, and my school. We’ve also played a lot of hangman! 🙂

Afterwards, we came back and had lunch around 9 am. Then we prepared for a womenfs fellowship. There were at least 200 women who showed up! Our team leader Ashley introduced our team and then I gave a 35 minute message about how good our God is and how He knows everything about us. I told them that He knows every strand of hair on our head, His thoughts about us outnumber every grain of sand, and that He has a plan for each of their lives. The women were very receptive and seemed to enjoy it. Then we feasted on beans and chapati for our afternoon snack!
Saturday was quite busy as well. Itfs our last day here at our ministry. We woke up at 5 am to prepare for the kidfs fellowship that was to start at 5:30 am. Yes, the kids fellowship started at 5:30 am! It last until 7:30 am. There were close to 100 children there. Ifm not sure I could ever get that many children to show up that early for kids church back home lol. Then again, the Nepali people are early risers. The sun rises around 5 am here. We taught the children songs, games, and did a Bible lesson about men who had great faith. The children had a wonderful time! Here are a few pictures of our time with themc.

After that, we had lunch at 8:30 am. Yep, lunch was served at 8:30 am! That is a normal occurrence here in their culture. At 10:00 am, it was time for our church service to start. We all shared a short testimony and one of my squadmates, Samara, preached about encountering the Holy Spirit. It went great!
I love you all and canft wait to see in you just 8 weeks! Only 8 more weekscthatfs crazy!! lol
Much love from Nepal,
Michelle
