Hello everyone!
It’s only 40 days until I head out on my World Race adventure.
As you could probably guess, I am pretty nervous. I am young, inexperienced and a bit on the dazed and confused side of things. Traveling the world doesn’t seem like the logical thing for a person like that to do.
But who said God’s call was always logical?
As I head out in 40 days, I ask that you all would take the time to pray these things for me:
1. That more money would come in. I have enough to leave but I still need about $5,600 to finish my trip. If you are able to help or have ideas for raising support, I’d love to hear from you. Above all, I covet your prayers.
2. That I will use these last few days before departure wisely. Funds are tight, time is tighter. I want to spend these last few days strengthening friendships with the loved ones I am leaving behind. I also have a lot of shopping to do for gear and quite a bit of paperwork to finish filling out. There’s a lot to do. Pray I get it done.
