Meet Julian.
I met Julian the other night. He’s an amazing guy! There was a jazz night to help raise support for him to have a surgery. Julian plays saxophone, and to honor all who showed up he kept playing despite the pain he was feeling. Julian has a rare back problem called Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction. He has been suffering from pretty intense pain for over 7 years, and at times the pain is paralyzing. He left his home in Puerto Rico and sold everything to come to Gainesville, GA, one of the only places in the world where he can receive the surgery he needs to recover his health. http://www.indiegogo.com/juliancuello
