It’s here! It’s finally here!!!
Tomorrow, I leave the country for five months to Squad Lead a group of 47 amazing people going on the WORLD RACE!
Tomorrow (1.9.13) Myself, my co-leaders, Geena and Madisson along with 47 wonderful men and women will be on an airplane headed to Guatemala ready to experience a life changing journey over this next year.
I get the opportunity to lead this amazing group of people who are madly in Love with Jesus for 11 months of their journey. What does this look like? I am going to be spending my time pouring into these Racers, loving them, challenging them, and pointing them toward the LORD as they take this journey of personal change and serving the nations.
For the first 5 months I will be out on the field with the squad, at the end of that time I will leave the squad and will attend their 6, 8, 11 month debriefs.
The countries I will be going to are:
Guatemala.
Honduras.
Nicaragua.
Costa Rica
&
Thailand.
Squad Leading for me is a promise fulfilled. Two years ago, the desire to serve the World Race was planted inside of me, but it wasn’t God’s timing. As I have waited I have served in so many other capacities, and now, finally IT IS HERE! I couldn’t be more excited! There is going to be a deep amount of growth to come in these next 11 months, not only with the squad but also with me.
