Dear Family and Friends,
Thank you for your support last year! In two months it will already be one year since I returned.
I want to let you know what God is doing with me now. I am working as a technician in the emergency department of Baylor University Medical Center in downtown Dallas. I am so blessed with this fast-paced job where I get to work in an amazing medical team, care for all sorts of patients, and constantly learn new things. One of the best parts is that God has provided me with incredible calm that has been such an asset to my work.
This semester I started graduate school at the University of Texas at Dallas where I am studying neuroscience. It is also going quite well. I love having class and being a student again. God has really blessed me in this area too, encouraging my direction.
I still wish to become a physician assistant (PA) who can skilfully serve unreached areas, so I am applying to PA programs for 2016. I would appreciate your prayers as I interview this Monday with one of the schools. Several pretty phenomenal people from my home group have offered to quiz me in preparation for this important occasion. Please pray that I prepare well, clearly show who I am, and trust God with the outcome. Thank you!
