at all.” Isaiah 7:9
My name is Meredith Elyssa Dinsdale and as of August 25th, 2008 I am 26 years old.

I currently live in Aspen, Colorado but grew up in Bellevue, Washington. I moved to Aspen after graduating in 2005 from Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo with a degree in English, a minor in Philosophy, the basics of bee keeping, and an intro to cattle fitting. The last two were just for kicks, though I do still remember how to slick a cow and harvest honey!
I became a Christian on the football field of my high school in 1998 and finally understood the sovereignty of the Lord when my heart was broken in Haiti in May of 2007.
your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.” Ezekiel 36:26
Not only was my heart broken, but it was subsequently healed by the Lord who then revealed to me the joy He had placed in me. My fervent desire to read the Word and live each day with fresh jubilation is something I have never felt before.
After emerging baptized from the river that runs through Aspen on July 15th, 2007, I (two days later) received the confirmation that I’d been accepted to the World Race. That same day I saw my first Aspen resident bear-as if my heart could take anymore excitement! I took it as a sign of the good gifts the Lord gives because I have been dying to see one of the many that traipses through our town.
I am a musician and I spend a lot of my reflection time working on songs that are true to my experiences. I revel in the awe of scuba diving and the peace and glories of creation in hiking and skiing.

I also enjoy browsing outdoor equipment and buying cherries at roadside stands. Dark chocolate is my friend and Wheat Chex is my favorite cereal.
I love my brothers Ryan (29) and Andrew (27) and my parents Valerie and Jerry.

PS My shirt says “I Like Corn” and-indeed I do.
