Well I did the blog for future racers and now this blog is for all of you who have supported me and encouraged me on this crazy journey! I've been home for a few days now from training camp and I have to say camp was absolutely amazing and I look forward to sharing one on one about some of my experiences. But for the blog I thought I’d play a fun little game of Never Have I Ever. So these are some things I had never done untill I got to training camp:
- Went to the bathroom in the woods. It made me sad but I did it and survived to tell the tale!
- Had ramen noodles for breakfast and gladly ate it all.
- Ate off of other people's plates before they could throw it away because I was so stinkin hungry!
- One day all my meals I ate while sitting on the ground outside separated from the men.
- Had someone prophesy over me.
- Cried on a complete strangers shoulder and felt incredibly comforted by him.
- Slept under a tarp on the ground with 13 other women and loved it.
- Slept in a auditorium type room with 57 other people and also loved it!
- Ate food I did not recognize.
- Discovered a wolf spider sitting inches from my hand and did not lose my mind.
- Went hiking with a 43lb pack on my back.
- Forgave my father and ex-stepfather for abandoning me.
- There's about a hundred more things but you'll have to see me face to face to hear those stories!

And last but certainly not least Never Have I Ever met the AMAZING people I’ll be living, ministering and laughing with for the next 11 months! So I would like to take a minute to introduce you to Team Collision! We picked our name because as my fantastic team leader says, "we are colliding with other nations, heaven is colliding with earth through us". So without further ado, Team Collision!

The wonderful Lindsay Short our team leader! She's fierce and funny and genuinely cares for people. I know she's going to be an amazing team leader and I feel so blessed to be on her team. Check out her blog to get to know her!
The lovely Lauren Ricks! She is unbelievably compassionate, dances for Jesus like noone I've ever known before and was one of the first people I knew I was going to love on our squad! Check out her blog to get to know her!
The incredible Jessie and Cory German! They're our married couple and they are hilarious together! Ones an introvert the other an extrovert and they totally make it work! Check out their blog to get to know them better!
The hilarious Evan Kinney! He's probably the most chill person I've ever met which is part of what makes him hilarious because you're just not expecting a joke! He also loves Donald Miller so I know we'll be friends for life! To learn more check out his blog!
And last but not least the awesome Jeff Bray! I'm pretty sure we're polar opposites–he's quiet, athletic, introspective and doesn't keep up on celebrity gossip. Surprisingly though I think we're going to get along really well (mostly because he shared a brownie pan with me). Check out his blog to get to know him more!
