This is a blog that I am going to try to write for each country I find myself in because not only do I want to share the praises of the month when God showed up but I want to keep you all involved prayerfully too. My hope is that this will stir up your hearts to speak to God on the behalf of his children and the nations both with thanksgiving and love. So without any further ado, Praises!
1. The children are hungry and eager to dig into God’s Word and learn all about their Savior
2. Our team got the opportunity to bless a family that lives in a tin shack by bringing pizza, soda, and cake to celebrate one of the kids birthdays.
3. The sun finally came out! So happy about this!
4. Our team is growing so much and awesome friendships are already forming.
5. God is healing the past hurts in these children’s lives
Prayer Requests:
1. There are 2 familes living next door to the orphanage in tin shacks. Pray that God’s love just surrounds and overwhelmes them.
2. Pray for fearless spirits to do God’s work and that language barriers will not stop the kingdom from coming
3. I am struggling with some personal challenges and could use prayer for strength and clarity as these tough issues arise.
4. This week we are leaving Guatemala and heading to Honduras so please pray for safe travels
5. I am still fundraising and in need of financial support, please pray that the money comes in and that people’s hearts are open to giving.
