That is what I’m passionate about. Abandonment, brokenness, awakening my generation. Awakening them to their Father in heaven, the power that lies within them, and the identity they carry as a child of God. This is what my heart beats for. This is the rhythm I feel in my chest. And this is the calling I get to walk out in this next season of my life.
As I hit submit to post this blog I say hello to the World Race, Part 2.
But don’t worry its not to leave the country….yet.
I am heading down to Tenessee to World Race training camp, a place I flew to only a short year ago. But this time I am going to meet 50 AMAZING new racers that have no clue what they are in for. The nervousness and excitment they are feeling I can remember very vividly. And to some extent I feel the same way. I don’t know all that I am getting into yet either. 🙂 But I do know that:
– I am leading the Z SQUAD with an AMAZING co-leader, Joshua Maisner!!

– We depart from the US sometime in September.
– I will be traveling with the squad for the first 4 months of the race supporting, encouraging, identifying and raising up leadership to take our place. Then I will return home to the US and support them from here traveling out to their month 8 & 11 debriefs).
– We really need your prayer in these next 2 weeks as we meet our squad, get to know them, train them, identify leadership, put together teams, and plan many more details for the first few months of ministry.
AND….

There are REALLY exciting things beginning today friends and I would like to invite you to join me on this new/extended adventure. Again I ask for your prayers for Joshua and I as we enter a new leadership role. And for Z squad as they step into an unknown. That they would experience the Lord in new ways and that their hearts would be open to a transformation like never before!
As for now, time to catch a flight!
