Merry Christmas!!!

I hope wherever you are today, whether with family or friends or even by yourself, you know you are absolutely loved! In the time leading up to Christmas, many observe a tradition of preparation called…

Advent means “His Coming!” It is a time of calming our hearts in the craziness and chaos that the holidays often bring. Now that Christmas is here, we can actually celebrate His Arrival!!! Today we celebrate the fact that God came to the earth, humbling himself to the form of an infant. He had no palace or royal robes, but those who were with him and those who came to see him praised that Holy Babe in that manger.

Why?

Because that day set into motion the greatest love story that has ever been written, a story that is still just as alive with breath today as that baby thousands of years ago.

My hope for you today is that you remember these truths:

– You are loved, immensely and immeasurably!

– Your loving Creator came to this earth to set you free from the bondage of sin and law.

– He cares about every inch of you and every detail of your life.

Whether your Christmas was absolutely amazing, so-so, or somewhat like the Griswolds, I hope you will STOP RIGHT NOW to thank and praise the Prince of Peace and Lord of Lords!
