My name is McKenzie.
I’m 23, and currently living in Corvallis, Oregon.
God has called me to launch with the World Race in January 2017, and I am so excited to serve Him and share His love across 11 countries!
I will be serving in India, Nepal, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Albania, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Zimbabwe, Swaziland, and South Africa. I am most excited for Nepal, Cambodia, and Vietnam! I could live off Asian food for the rest of my life.
I’m from a small town outside of Eugene, where I grew up with my parents. No siblings, just me.
I’m so thankful to call the Pacific Northwest my home. I spend most of my free time exploring the outdoors, hiking, trying new restaurants, and reading.
I graduated from Oregon State University in 2015 with a degree in Environmental Sciences. Now I’m currently working at a church plant called The Branch, which is where I gave my life to Jesus in 2013!
Fun facts: I’m left handed, and I’m named after a river.
