Almost a year ago I was sitting in this exact same place in Tijuana, Mexico about to embark on what seemed like what was going to be my biggest step in my christian walk. I was freaking out about money and people and just what the next 5 months were going to hold. I knew it was going to be a life changing experience but at the time i wasn't sure it was what I wanted. So here i am today almost a year later and the one thing that has changed is ME. The work the Lord has done on my heart and life in this year has been incredible. I am about to embark yet again on a journey where I am taking a massive leap of faith but this time I am not freaking out. This in fact is a longer and more expensive journey but i have seen how faithful God is, I have seen that when he calls us to pick up our cross and follow him, he leads. I am very excited for this journey because I have seen what the Lord does when we give him an opportunity to change our lives, he changes it for our good.
I was recently reading in numbers the story of the battle of meridian and it is a massive battle where Israel just destroys a city and it's people. The next verses are what stunned me..none of the israelists had been lost. Because when God calls he provides and protects.
