One of my favorite parts about being on the mission field is getting to interact with people overseas.  It’s one of the biggest differences between Americans and non-Americans.  Americans don’t like talking to strangers and non-Americans love talking to strangers.  Trust me, I’ve tried talking to people here in America and I just don’t get the same effect.  All of that to say…

One of our teams is in Turkey right now.  They prayed about what God wanted them to do this month and they felt led to do a media project.  It urged them to walk up to complete strangers and strike up a conversation about “Who is Jesus?” and other related ideas.  They got some great responses and built a number of new relationships.  Frankly, I think the idea was genius.  So here’s a shout out to Team Mosaic.  They get their own blog post on my blog.  Congrats.  Here’s the video (the audio quality’s kind of poor, but if you listen you can understand it easily):

So I guess the next question is: who do you say that Jesus is?  Is Jesus relevant to today?  What do you feel about the afterlife?  I’d love to hear your responses.
