I guess it’s time to write an update this week. I’ve gone the entire week without blogging… and for good reason. A lot of you are probably wondering what I needed prayer for last weekend. I’ll get to that eventually, just know that your prayers were felt and very appreciated. Many of you emailed me words or pictures that the Lord gave you. It supplied me with some good affirmations and confirmations that I needed. With that said thank you so much!
In other news, it’s been a pretty busy week. A lot has been going on. I’ll give you a list of some of the happenings:
– More people have moved into the house here in Michigan – yay!
– It’s become very evident that a lot of people care about me
– Winter has finally arrived in Michigan. I think I’ve even seen snow flurries…
– Yes, I’m even wearing my coat at night when I go out
– My coat
– I started reading a book on Abraham Lincoln. Random, I know. But his life is intriguing.
– God’s revealing a lot to me – this is good
– I decided it’s really about time I get a haircut… in 2 1/2 weeks.
– My friend and new housemate, Kelly, dumped a bunch of Hershey’s chocolate on my desk yesterday – bad news.
– DON’T take your kids to go see “Where the Wild Things Are”
– Had a great community night last night
– It’s official that I cannot bowl to save my life
– My high score is embarrassing, so I won’t even mention it.
– But my shoe had a tear in it, so I’ll blame it on that and not my lack of skill.
– I had a crazy dream last night – maybe I’ll share about it sometime.
