I see you've stumbled across my bio page. I suppose that means I should penalize you with details of who I am.
The names Matt Starks, often stylized "M@"(because I think I am clever). I'm a 24 year old male, which is good because "Matthew" would not be preferred by many females. I like long walks on the beach in the moonlight…. Wait. This isn't Christian Mingle!
All kidding aside, I love to spend time with those who are dear to me, and I love meeting new people. I am a fairly closed off person, sharing facts and details easily, but emotions are not often explained.
I love games; it matters not whether the games I play are board, card, or video-based. I love to play music, though I am nothing special at any of the instruments I pick up. I was once told that I ought to be a scam artist, because the only thing I am really good at is convincing people that I know what I'm talking about. I prefer to say that I am a Jack of all trades.
My faith is central to my life, and I try to make it the basis of every decision I make. It is with that faith that I decided to apply to the World Race. The summary of my going is that it took the better part of 6 years of disobedience before I actually did apply, but I finally did!
I hope you follow this blog with great interest, but I hope even more that through me, God will be seen.
