Working on this video for sex trafficking was amazing. The words on the signs came bursting out of my heart one day. There was a message He wanted to send and we sent it! It was moving to have a group of people come together as a united front with one voice, saying we will not just stand by and watch this injustice continue without lifting our voices. It was beautiful and powerful to see the body of Christ lock hands and say no. This is us lifting our voices and saying it is unacceptable. I love working for Him, He’s the best boss in the world. God longs for us to partner with Him on this earth and stand against injustices. We were created for a battle to fight, you come alive when there’s something your passionate about and you go for it! He has the victory already, but He still needs us to fight. Like William Wallace from Braveheart who rounds up his soldiers on the front lines He calls us to A BATTLE, this day, NOW, whatever that is. Creativity is a beautiful thing and we have the freedom to be us and bring victory through our individuality. Thank you for creativity! When we bring those pieces of ourselves together, we get something so beautiful!
The video is for an organization called MATTOO (Men Against the Trafficking of Others). MATTOO is based in Minnesota, started by a man named Andrew Hanson. Spain now has its own chapter. But, the video is bigger than MATTOO. Sex trafficking is unacceptable. Whether you’re a man or woman lifting your voice against this issue. But, there is something powerful about A MAN STANDING UP and saying NO, THIS ISN’T RIGHT. The video is to awaken everyone, but MEN in particular, to this battle.
