My team, squad, and I could not have left Africa and
Tanzania in a more beautiful blessed way. Our last night at our contacts house
in Tanzania was simply wonderful. After feeding us a delicious meal and
treating us to ice-cream for desert (which is a big deal), they washed our
feet! Yes, the amazing people who loved on us all month, took us to the doctor
when we were sick, helped us get on crazy Tanzanian buses, bought us Cokes,
cooked us amazing food and many more things also washed our feet the night
before we left. It was one of the most humbling moments. Mama Angelina, the
Bishop, and Pastor Bone came walking in to the dark living room (power was out)
with a flash light and buckets of water. We were extremely humbled when one by
one they washed our feet while praying over our team the entire time. The Holy
Spirit filled the room and many of us were crying tears of humility and
thankfulness! Tanzania was country 6 for us and it was such a prophetic act
because they were commissioning us out to finish the next half of our race! It
was encouraging, uplifting and simply a beautiful moment that I will never
forget!
The next day we were off to spend a few days in Nairobi
debriefing with our squad. Nairobi was a time to rest, process through the last
3 months, come to new places as a squad and we also changed teams while we were
there! All in all I can definitely say that O Squad is coming out of Africa and
into Asia we a new and fresh anointing! Ready to let God do whatever God wants
to do! It’s all about Him! We just want to be open and say yes to Him in
whatever capacity that looks like! I’m obsessed with my squad and so excited
about all the lives that have been and will be changed because we are open to
what the Lord has for us!
Also, I would like to ask you to be in prayer for my squad’s
finances as a whole! We still have about 15 people who need to be fully funded
by December 15th. We trust the Lord for miracles in this! We are
confident that each and every one of us is called to finish this race! Please
intercede on our behalf, as we trust God to provide! Thank you and thank you
