So what does starting the World Race look like? Let me give you just a little glimpse into our lives the past couple days. We flew 14 hours to Johannesburg, South African. Then we took a bus across the border stopping for 4 short hours of sleep on the way. We arrived in Maputo, Mozambique and took a sleeper bus for roughly 21 hours. Oh, let me add that our sleeper bus broke down and we waited 2 hours for a new bus to come. So if you add it up all together 48 hours of travel with about 5 hours of time off a moving object!!! We have been at our ministry site for several days and our kind hosts having been giving us time to rest and pouring into us as we prepare to go into the field.
Tomorrow we start ministry out in the African Bush! How amazing and crazy is that?!?! How many time can you say, this one time in the African bush I loved on people.
Anyways, the internet is not that great, but I want to do a quick post that we have arrived safely and are anxiously excited for ministry in the Bush. Please pray for protection and our health. We currently have 3 team members that are not feeling well. As well as prayer that God’s kingdom will grow and be strengthened in the Bush.
