So I’ve had a lot of questions lately and I thought I would share some common one on my blog.

How are you? I’m super excited at the same time saying goodbye and preparing to leave a life I have been establishing for 3 years is hard. Someone told me yesterday, it’s good that the goodbyes are hard, it means that you had things (people) pretty special in your life to say goodbyes to.

How is fundraising going?

Technically, I’m 49.67% which is AWESOME!! My next deadline is Dec 18th and I have to be at $10,000 to get on the plane. Right now I’m just about $800 away (I know the math’s not quite right, don’t worry)

Where is Isaac (my dog) going?

He is going to live with a wonderful couple where he gets cheese and sleeps on his own trundle bed with another dog. I think his life maybe getting better.

Are you traveling alone?

Nope, I’m traveling with my squad.

What is a squad?

A squad is the group of people that travel with me to the same countries. There are roughly 38 people in my squad. There will be a month were we get to do ministry as an entire squad.

What is a team?

A team is a group to 6-7. That is my small group that I will be serving and doing life with at the different ministry locations. Our team name is Rhema which literately mean an ‘utterance’ or ‘ thing said’ in Greek. Okay, why? It’s a reminder to listen to God’s voice daily and listen for His words and directions.

How can I help?

Great question, so glad you asked!!

Subscribe – Subscribe to my blog for updates, pictures, and stories to come! Hit ‘ Follow me’ on the left side. I’m up to 16 subscribes 🙂

Financially – hit the support button on my blog to help me get on the plane, every dollar helps!

Supplies – It’s coming up on go date and I have some items that I need. These items range from probiotics to headphones. Please note, there are some dream items on there, that would be amazing, but not necessary. http://www.myregistry.com/organization/Mary-Forster-Miamisburg-OH/902818

Prayer – Please pray for travel mercies, pray for our fundraising, preparation, and good byes. Also, please pray for the families sending us. I quite often forget that they are now walking a path that they didn’t choose.
