I love JESUS!
I have been a born-again Christian since I was 11 years old. Every year since then I have been in this continuous cycle of falling more and more head-over-heels in love with my Heavenly Father. My life is His, and there’s no other way I would ever want it.
I am a Southern lady — born and raised.
I have a big family (two stepfamilies, included), who mean the world to me.
I love animals.
If there is a puppy around, you can bet I will be petting it.
Photography and writing are competing loves in my life.
I am extremely clumsy.
The inventors of bubble wrap must have had me in mind!
I absolutely love music.
Put on some Brandon Heath or Matthew West and I’ll be happy for hours.
Hammocks make me happy.
I love people.
Social settings are my favorite places. Learning the stories of others is one of my favorite ways to spend time. Plus, who can resist a good laughing session with others?! Not me!
I talk A LOT.
By a lot, I mean: if I’m awake and around people, you can be sure that I’m talking.
I ask a lot of questions.
Questions are my favorite.
My favorite book (aside from the Bible, of course) is Love Does by Bob Goff.
God used that book to help show me that The World Race is my calling — and my delight!
My favorite book of the Bible is Isaiah.
One of my favorite verses is Isaiah 60:1. “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord shines over you.”
I love to travel and explore new places.
God definitely put this passion inside of my soul. After all, He made this big ol’ world and has invited me on this incredible adventure with Him called The World Race!
I love to love. Showing love, being love, telling about love — I love it all!
