Hello to my long-suffering family friends and supporters. I know I haven’t blogged much so far but this is about to change. It has been a bit of a challenge adapting to community living in another country but I’m starting to get the hang of it.

A few things I have learned about the World Race and community living thus far.

1. Privacy doesn’t exist.

2. The world revolves around four things God, ministry, food, and food.

3. You have to get up early or go to bed late if you want a warm shower.

4. Everything takes longer than it takes.

5. Peanut butter.

6. Ministry really is spelled W O R K!!!

7. I have become one with dirt.

8. Water bottle. Don’t leave home without it.

9. Has anyone seen a good nights rest? Anyone?

10. Getting 27 people anywhere at the same time is very hard unless food is involved.

11. You changed your shirt! It’s only been two days!

12. Oh le le tiki tonga! A mossa mossa mossa!

13. Children’s songs get stuck in you head and drive you to #$%$## or pray!

14. African worship services ROCK!
15. It gets really cold in Africa in winter!
