When people ask me if I’m getting excited about my trip, the only thing I can think is- is this really happening to me?!
Words cannot express just how excited I am about going international! Between experiencing new things, meeting new people, and having my eyes opened to new and different things, i am beyond excited! i am excited for God to rock my socks off with seeing how much there is to not only teaching me, but also allowing me to affect others. What things do I bring to the table? Well, a positive attitude that is filled with Joy. A laugh that is contagious for years to come. A compassionate heart that cares for the smallest to the largest of things! i know that as much as I want to teach others, I know that I will be learning a whole lot more from them, and I’m elated about that! I love learning new things!
There are definitely some things I’m nervous about, but in the end- those things are so miniscual compared to all other things!
i leave Minnesota in 5 days- 5!! Time has flown by so fast!! It’s crazy to think that in 8 days I will be leaving the country!!! My time back home has been nothing short of wonderful! Between catching up with old friends, professors, and peers, I’ve also spent some good time with my family. It has been hard to say see ya later to them and then have them watch me leave, but I know that they are excited about the journey ahead of me just as much as I am!
Thank you for your continual prayers- I do have a huge prayer request!! With me leaving the country in 8 days, I am still $5,300 short. i would love to be closer to my goal before I leave to go out of the country- please please be praying for the continual support to come in as well as enjoying the rest of the time that I have left in Minnesota. I Ann greatful for each and everyone of you and will try to post up a vlog before I leave for Atlanta on October 2nd! 🙂
