I have been home for 2 weeks now! It has been wonderful to see my family and friends, eat my favorite foods and sleep in my own bed again. My re-entry has not been as easy as I thought it would be. I sometimes feel sad and don't know why. I miss having people around me 24/7. I often wake up confused at where I am and I will occassionally throw my toliet paper in the trash instead of the toliet. But I know this is all apart of the process. And I am excited to be at home with my family and start my pursuit of nursing 🙂
