I know I just got done posting a blog about how I was so close to my first deadline I wasn't even going to worry about it. Well, I made the first deadline! In a few days (before Oct 1) I will have at least $3560 which is $60 over the deadline!!!! I am still in shock!
There is no time to slow down or let up on the fundraising. I still have a long way to go. I have another deadline in December. I need to have $6,500 by then. I am hoping to have way more than that by the time I leave the country! My goal is to have $11,000 in my account by my birthday! January 6th!
I am still collecting spare change. If you are allowed to put out a jar for me at your work I would appreciate it! If you need a jar to collect your change with I will be glad to provide you with one! So far, I have received $88.75 about $200 in spare change!
I am also raffling an iPad2! I have posted a blog about that!
I will also be planning a yard sale and a bake sale for October/November time.
And I will try to come up with something for Christmas time.
For those who have given financially, Thank You! I would not have made this first deadline without each of you!!
For those who have been supporting me with prayer, I have not forgotten you! The fact that you take time out of your busy day to say a few words to our Father on my behalf is completely selfless and I am so grateful!
