I know this is about 1 month late, but I just wanted to give a shout out to all my supporters for all they have done!  You have financially and prayerfully supported me over these last 7 months and I am officially fully funded.  I can dedicate all of my thoughts and prayers to the ministries I'm involved with and not have to worry about finances, PRAISE THE LORD!  I have a few stories that stick out in particular, but it doesn't mean they are any more important than the others.

When I first found out I was going on the race, I was in San Francisco.  My bosses Kim and Jason pulled me into their office and gave me a $100 and told me to use it to send out letters and for fundraising.  It was my first donation and it put a fire in me!

While I was working at Caswell last summer, I was getting really discouraged because a lot of money had come in at first, then all of a sudden it stopped.  I was talking to my friend Reese and telling him that I knew this was where God wanted me, but I wasn't sure what to do about finances.  I just shared my heart with him and the amazing man of God that he is, he listened and gave me advice.  A few hours later, he left for the weekend and texted me to check under my pillow, he had left me a $300 check.  Soon after money started to come in again.

I ended up having to leave Caswell early because of family issues and I was happy yet sad to leave.  The last night was the talent show and at the end, I'd asked the Leadership Team to announce about my trip and tell that I was selling T-shirts.  They did this, then my co-head guard stood up and called myself and the entire staff of 70 people to come on stage and pray over me.  It was beautiful to be surrounded by people I loved and to hear their prayers.  Their family members reached out to me afterwards and would hand me some cash and then pray with me.  It was so humbling.

I've had teammates give in their excess and their parents donate when I was low.  My own father has supported me a large sum and God has been teaching me that He gave me such a generous father for a reason.  I've had people I've never met before donate $150 to me just because they lived on the same island I did at one time!  I've had people in my mother's Sunday School class step out to help me with fundraising and one friend in California (Ashley) helped me with fundraising ideas all the way across the country.  You people have just stepped out in amazing ways to love me and support me and ultimately to support the work of the Father.  I can't thank you enough.  One last story.

I was getting a little worried when my deadline was approaching and I was still $3000 away, but slowly the donations started to come in.  One friend e-mailed me and told me to keep him constantly updated on where I was in my finances.  The day before the money was due I was still $990 short, he called the office and told them he was going to pay the rest for me, but found out that someone else already had!!!! Praise the Lord!!  Our God is a God who provides!

I promised a song and I am working on it, it's hard to put 65 people's names in a song, but that's how many have supported me, not to mention the cash donations that I was given that I can't remember who they were all from.  Once again

THANK YOU!!!!
