“Unstoppable God, let your glory go on and on.. impossible things in your name, they shall be done” As I listen to these lyrics by Elevation Worship while praying over the school in Toch Village Cambodia, I think of Romans 8. Verse 32 says, “since he did not spare even his own son but gave him up for us all, won’t he also give us everything else?” God has no limits. He is the almighty. He is an unstoppable God who loves us each a whole lot. Victory is ours through Christ who loves us, so why not pray crazy prayers? God can do the impossible and he wants to for you.
Sunday, my team arrived to our ministry in Cambodia. We’ve been teaching English to children in huts every day. At first, this seemed completely impossible because we don’t speak a lick of Khmer, but God is unstoppable and we actually enjoy teaching and making relationships with the students.
While we have been here, we’ve also learned that teaching English isn’t our only ministry. The staff here works a lot for the school and hasn’t had much of a break in very long. They are exhausted and need the Lord’s presence. God brought our team here to give the staff rest and bring hope into this place, so that they may be rejuvenated.
The school needs a building and the cost is very expensive. To some, it may seem impossible, but our ministry host knows we have an unstoppable God and he is faithful to believe that God will provide. Every morning, we wake up at the break of dawn with our host and intercede over the land. We believe in the God that is pouring into this place and have decided to pray crazy prayers.
Don’t be afraid to pray outrageously. God is unstoppable and does the impossible. Truly living your life for the Lord, He will give you the desires of your heart.
