I guess you guys have noticed I’ve kind of disappeared on this blogging thing and never posted about my last 3 months in Europe…. and I’ve been home for a couple of months now, so it’s been quite a while. But great news for all of you avid readers sitting around your computers all day, every day just waiting for me to write again! I’m back!
Along with filling you in on the last 3 months of the race, I will be blogging about this next season of life here at CGA. What is CGA you ask? It is the Center for Global Action…a program that Adventures in Mission has to help racers find their next step, while living in intentional community, taking classes/labs, doing internships, ministry in the community, discipleship, and generally doing life together. I was pretty surprised when God called me here for the next year, it definitely wasn’t something on my radar; but after being here for a week it’s already been life changing and I’m beginning to see why God brought me here. So I’m very excited to share all that The Father is teaching me here.
Also, I want to extend a HUGE thank you again for all of you who have prayed, given, and supported me while on the race. God has overwhelmed me with the goodness of His Kingdom. Thank you for your special part in the Kingdom and for allowing God to work through all of you and for truly blessing me!!!!!!!!!!! Please continue praying for me throughout this season! Pray for willingness and grace and provision and surrender. And if God is calling you to give and you want to support me monetarily for CGA, you can still do this through this blog the same way as you would for the race. And if you want to hang out with me and talk about life and Jesus or hear some stories from the race, let me know because I want to spend time with you and hear about what’s going on in your lives!!!
