LETTER FROM GOD
Hope this blog post finds you well! I know this isn’t specific to the world race, but I LOVE THIS and just wanted to share it! I HOPE YOU FIND IT ENCOURAGING!
Dear Reader,
I made you, you are different. You are unique. With love I formed you in your mother’s womb. I fashioned you with great joy. I remember with great pleasure the day I created you (Psalms 139:13-16). I love your smile. I love your ways. I love to hear you laugh and the silly things you say and do. You bring me great pleasure This is how I made you (Psalms 139:17). I made you pretty and not beautiful, because I knew your heart and I knew it would be vain. I wanted you to search out your heart, and to learn that it would be ME in you that would make you beautiful. And it would be Me in her that would draw friends to you (Peter 3:3-5). I made you in such a way that you will need Me. I made you a little more lonesome than you would like to be, only because I need you to learn and depend on Me (John 15:5, Psalm 62:5-8). I know your heart, and I know if I had not made you like this, you would go on your own chosen way and forget Me… your Creator (Hosea 13:6). I have given you many good and happy things because I love you (Psalm 84:11, Romans 8:23). Because I love you, I have seen your broken heart and the tears you have cried alone. I have cried with you, and had a broken heart too (Psalm 56:8). Many times you have stumbled and fallen alone only because you would not hold My Hand. So many lessons you have learned the hard way because you would not listen to My Voice (Isaiah 53:6). So many times I have sat back and sadly watched you go on your merry way… alone. Only to watch you return to My Arms, sad and broken (Isaiah 5:8), and now you are mine again (Psalm 86:15). I have to reshape you and remold you to what I had planned for you to be (Jeremiah 29:11, 31:3-4). It has not been easy for you or for Me. I want you to be conformed to My image (Romans 8:28-29). This is the high goal I have set for you because I love you (Romans 5:8, Deuteronomy 7:9, II Corinthians 2:14).

God’s love for us is so amazing and nothing can match it! He knows us better than anyone ever could/anyone EVER WILL know us. I can wait to share his joy and peace with people all around the world!
