I learned:

Tent camping isn’t deadly
I did survive porta potty pooping
You will leave the club
I am okay will grossness.
You don’t always have to like your situation.
Eating crickets won’t kill you
Learn your abilities
Tear down your walls
Let go of your control
Let God work
Embrace the messiness
With pain comes strength
Your story is worth sharing
Your past does not define you
Strangers can become family.
I love community.
My voice is powerful.
Testimonies should be embraced.
Feedback is important.
Forgiveness will shed new light.
Shame and Guilt cannot hold you in prison.
Freedom is found through God.
Abandon all you know.
Church doesn’t have to be in four walls.
Expectations will let you down.
Familiarity breeds contempt.
Healing can come through prayer
Worship doesn’t always look like you think it does
Grace sets you free.
If the law is perfect then why do I need Jesus
Grace will not keep a tally mark of your mistakes
The Holy Spirit doesn’t have visitation rights.
I am to be a helper.
God thinks I am awesome.
Everyone’s voice needs to be heard
