That is the term us men use when we get to have an entire month of ministry without our women. We are in the Khanchanaburi province in Thailand about 8 miles from the Burma border. Our days consist on an hour worship every morning, just raw and singing to God. So good to see some men wanting to start their day off in that way. Our days so far have consisted of planting Tapioca in the fields, HOT, and scooping goat poop to spread in the fields. I have had the chance to head goats a couple days. Some great time with God. I can now see how David had time to write all the Psalms! And I have been working on a sweet tan. I am pretty excited about that! So we are living in a loft that we have to get into basically by a ladder. The weather has been reall nice overall. It does get hot, but mornings are somewhat cool. We are surrounded by mountains so the sunsets are amazing! We are eating some great food also.
I know that this is short, but we have been busy and we are only getting internet once a week. So I haven’t had a ton of time to type anything. But we are doing great and we are working on all becoming more men of God. Pray for us to be real with each other and to love each other the way we need. Pray that God speaks to us and shows us he has a plan for everything. Pray that God keeps our focus on what we have right in front of us and not all on the future. We may never get a chance like this again. To be surrounded by just men and men who seek after God’s heart.
