So in an order to get used to blogging I figured I would try to do some while at home. Things are good. I had my first like WOAH moment today. Was buying shampoo of all things and was like “WOAH” I won’t be here to finish this. Just that small feeling of its coming up fast. I have already designated this to be my $@#$&* month so I am expecting some of this. I haven’t allowed myself to think about it much because I have so many other things to concentrate on and complete. I still have about $3000 to raise, which can easily be achieved is like 140 gave only $20!! But I feel that I have overused those in my church with all my fund raisers. You guys have been SO amazing and I can’t thank you enough. The way you guys have embraced and supported me in nothing short of God’s grace. I would be lost without you.
And on to my NEW family. I can’t say enough words to describe them. 73 people, 73 complete strangers united by their love for God. Each willing to leave what the claimed to be a comfortable life to become uncomfortable all because of our love for our Father. Each one willing to break down their own walls of understanding. Each one willing to become something that the world sees as different. Each one willing to lift up each other in times of need or even just cause. The holy spirit has giving us something that many search for and some may never find. It’s hard to convert back into our old lives when we were so dramatically changed in such a short time. But nevertheless we are sent back to show those we love the changes we have undergone. To show them how the Holy Spirit has SMASHED our walls. You guys are simply amazing and I can’t wait to serve alongside you for 11 months and change this world. We are 74 strong for a reason.
