I’ve seen the glistening of the moon many a nights throughout a number of kingdoms. I’ve watched invisible waves wisp up grit in Asia and sway limbs of every kind in Europe. I’ve felt the droplets of water run down my back and the heaven’s rain pour out upon my head. Amongst it all, the sun never ceases to rise and fall while exuding vibrant shades of color.
Life here on Earth is so frequently drained from the beauty it was originally created to bless us with. Why? Because the beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Your journey through the years, has it been engulfed with stressful studies, exhausting careers, and unattainable goals? Do you walk amongst the breathtaking creations of God Almighty, or do you simply pass through each moment to get to the one that never comes next?
Your numbered years, fellow humans, are just that – numbered. When death is an undated guarantee, why would you dare to live your adventure planning for what, who, or where is to come instead of inhaling the moments, people, and places as they are in the present?
Don’t miss this beautiful life my friends! Don’t assume the sky is blue. Sit atop a mountain, stare into its vastness, and take it in. Don’t assume the fields are green or golden bronze. Drop yourself in the middle of one, touch the blades, pick the wild flowers, and take it in. Don’t assume the storms will bring winds and rain. Step out from under the roof, experience the air blowing across your face, soak in the wetness falling from the heavens.
Don’t assume this life is about yourself. If you do, you will miss it completely.
