This month I have found writing blogs to be a challenge. I have so many thoughts in my head about what we are doing and how I’m feeling about it, but I can never seem to get them out in a coherent fashion. God has been speaking to me a lot the last month or two through writing. He’s given me prophetic writing as a release of sorts. I’m pretty sure its the only way I can get my thoughts about this month out. Its like sharing a bit of my soul with you. The one I’m going to share with you right now is about the girls that I have gotten to know this month in the bars.

She walks with grace;

with beauty in her stride.

She is seen, never invisible;

she plays the part;

excited, inviting.

She welcomes people with her spirit;

she exudes confidence on the outside;

yet is screaming for release on the inside.

You can see it in her eyes,

the emptiness and the strain.

She cries out for love;

for acceptance;

 for more.

She deserves more;

she deserves love.

She is a daughter of the king.

No longer forsaken, she is redeemed.

She is whole, unbroken.

Her torn spirit is mended by the great love of the father.

She is worthy, valued, cherished.

She is bought not with money, but by the blood.

She is HIS.
