So basically I’ve struggled with what to write because who cares what I have to say? But a friend told me, “I do. Just write, man.” So here it goes.
I came home from Training Camp almost two weeks ago and man, I didn’t think being back in my daily routine would be this hard. Training Camp was seriously the best week of my life and I’m still processing it all and I’ll write all about it very soon.
But for now, I’m actually not sure. My mind is all over the place. We just found out that we are officially heading to the field January 9, 2014 and my goodness. IT JUST GOT REAL.
A part of me just wants to wish away all the time I have left here in the U.S. and go now. But I know I must live intentionally. God is already at work in me and I can’t wait to see where He takes me in these next two months and in this next year. Father, do anything You need to do in me so that You might do everything You want to do through me.
So here’s to staying present.
