Well folks, the clock is ticking. I have 11 days before I fly to LA where my squad will be leaving for the Philippines. I have already said goodbye to most of my friends and family, and that was hard, but God has given me such peace through it because it is obvious that He wants me to get on that plane that will take me out of the country for the next 11 months. I am a little nervous and very excited, and Jesus has been so sweet and near to me.
Before I board the plane to LA, I have a flight tomorrow at 6am to Kansas City. Most people think I am crazy for doing this, but Team Judah has decided that the best way we could spend our precious next three days is fasting and praying together at the International House of Prayer (yes, IHOP!). IHOP is so specical because worship there never stops! The Lord is admired and told who He is 24/7, 365. We want God to be a part of everything we put our hands on in this next year, and that will not happen without submission and lots of PRAYER!
Please be praying for Team Judah as we petition the Lord to work through us in the next year. Ask God what we need. Ask God what He would do in us and through us. When we pray big things happen, and I want to ask Him boldly for big things because He is a big God!
Look for updates while we’re in Kansas, because we should have wireless internet. I’ll try to post some specific prayer requests as soon as we get some direction. Thank you for your prayers and support!
Oh, and a support update: God has blessed me with $13,695 so far! In order to leave, I needed $6900 in my support account, so that goal has been reached with flying colors. I need $17,000 to cover my expenses for the year, and am still praying that God would provide all of that money before I leave so I won’t have to think about it. THANK YOU so much to everyone who has given, God has used you to bless me beyond what I could imagine.
