Here is a look at the ministries that we have been partnering with here in Pattaya, Thailand.

Tamar Center
We have been helping with English classes. This is usually the bar girls’ first exposure to the Tamar Center.

We have also been going into the bars with the staff from Tamar. We are there to build relationships with the girls, invite them to Tamar, and bring the hope of Christ to these dark places.

Left: Walking Street
Right: Playing Jenga in the bars (yes, I think it’s odd that you can play Jenga & Connect 4 in the bars)

Mercy Center
Mercy Center is an amazing orphanage that we have been visiting. We have been working around the house to help out Pastor Fred & Diane and the house parents, Barb & Bill.

We have also been pouring out love to the children living at Mercy Center.

Pattaya Slum Ministry
We have been helping with outreaches into Pattaya’s slums. Each week the slum ministry comes to host children’s afterschool programs and to feed the children in the community.

Left: Spreading the love of O le le to the slums of Pattaya (seems like I am doing that all over the world this year!)
Right: The children praying before receiving their dinner

And of course we spend time playing with and hugging all of the kids! This is ALWAYS my favorite part! 🙂

Left: Seeing how many girls can jump on me before I fall over (I think 4 was my limit)
Right: Hugging my favorite girl at the slums. She has the BEST smile!
