This blog is dedicated to my Starbucks baristas & customers and to Tracy because she shares my love of coffee.
On our first real day off in Nicaragua we traveled up to the mountains to visit Selva Negra, a Nicaraguan coffee plantation. It was so much fun!! We got to learn about their coffee, ride horses through the plantation, and I got to break out my barista skills and do a coffee tasting with the Kiatera girls (I knew those Starbucks skills would come in handy around the world!)
